T he current state of the Republican Party (GOP) and its relationship with Donald Trump, who is being physically ‘propped up’ by an uncomfortable GOP, who, despite the struggle, are desperately trying to maintain a façade of normality while supporting their candidate, especially given recent events pointing to his exhaustion and controversial behaviour.
Indeed, the former President appeared to nod off at a Michigan campaign event last week, following cancelled interviews attributed to exhaustion, according to an adviser.
